Welcome back for part 5 of my SQ/SQL car audio build. In this episode I'm discussing my speakers of choice. After much deliberation on what the best bang for the buck speakers I could get was, I settled on the German brand Helix and thier Esprit line. I needed a speaker that was going to give great sound quality, but not break the budget either. Also since I'm planning on running in the stock class in competition, I needed a speaker that would fit into the factory locations in my Kia Optima. I installed the coaxials into the rear doors last night and even driven off of just the factory headunit, it's already a huge improvement! I can't wait to get them all in and power them silly. :) Thanks for watching, and if you have any good ideas for me that would be a nice improvement for the money, don't hesitate to leave me a comment!

Five major notes about this series: #1) I am an arrogant, manipulative douchebag. While you folks have had the luxury of seeing me troll the AI throughout my LGWI'ing career, you really haven't had the opportunity to see me troll other players. Axehel had some good jabs - he actually managed to get under my skin towards the end of the series - but I believe the footage will illustrate just how much of a bastard I was this game. I blend the sinister capabilities of the Darloks and the Drath together in one lovely concoction of death. #2) I'm aware there is an echo from "Team Voltron," and it'll persist throughout the entire series as well as in any future multiplayer excursions. As I noted in my game against zacty, the echo is unavoidable and is a result of my headset microphone being sensitive enough to read the output from my speakers. Hatsune Miku is the first voice in a series of 'character voices' produced for Vocaloid2. The video was not originally intended to be the main point. I just synchronized some animations with the song because I wanted to put it up here. EDIT: And damn, it really suffered from the YouTube compression. For the first time, it also seems to have de-sync'ed the video and audio too. Anyway... Because the voice is intended for Japanese lyrics, the voice doesn't sound 'fluent' in English, but that doesn't stop the cuteness. :P (In fact, it kind of adds to it...) Although it won't go down in history as a lost treasure there are indeed a few tracks that stand out and among them is "Rex Attitude" by French techno pioneer, Laurent Garnier. As far as I'm concerned Rex Attitude is a prime example of the kind of track that would put the floor on fire in a typical mid nineties underground rave. In addition to providing out-of-the-box accessibility on Chrome OS, Chrome Vox is being used by engineering teams across Google to test accessibility. This summer, Serge, Cagriy and Adu have worked on significantly enhancing the ChromeVox developer experience as outlined below. Serge: Refactor Code For Better Health Serge has extensively refactored the ChromeVox codebase --- this has set us up to evolve ChromeVox rapidly this coming year. In the process, he has also eliminated many performance issues in ChromeVox. Adu: Better Focus Management A commonly occuring accessibility problem within complex Google Web Apps is the failure to consistently set focus --- especially when switching among tasks in a complex workflow. Thus, when a Web application presents a confirmation dialog in response to a user action, exiting that dialog often fails to restore focus; this type of failure can leave a blind user "lost in space". While we continue to educate engineers across Google to manage focus consistently, Adu devised a solution within ChromeVox to restore focus when possible --- this has a significant impact on the overall usability of complex Web Apps when using ChromeVox. Could this be the best ipod dock that money can buy? This is a short demonstration of how it works & how it plays for those who are serious about getting hi fidelity from their ipod and don't mind paying £900 for one. During my testing sessions it is very clear to me that the Kid produces a superb & involving midband, with the treble on the sweet and slightly soft side, while the bass is solid & well defined. I personally don't like soft & sweet treble, users can easily adjust treble & bass level to their liking but i wouldn't prefer using the Kid's onboard equalization. On a solid state amplification setup (i also tested this with a Naim setup some time ago) the kid manages to give a warm/valve like sound which is appealing to some if you prefer that kind of sound. I personally think it is an exceptional product it would completely wipe out the majority of sub £1k cdp although i must say i tend to look for upgradability on top of functionality in things, especially in high end equipment and i just don't see any for this product. I must conclude that if you're the sort of person that demands quality but rarely would you upgrade your equipment then this is the product for you! However I would be more than happy to have the wadia itransport and a DAC of my desire (& possibly upgrade my DAC in the future!)

PLEASE EXPAND AND READ COMPLETELY BEFORE COMMENTING! The bad news: I had to reinstall Windows and lost my completed Brotherhood save file. The good news: I get to replay the entire game with my new Razer Onza Tournament Edition controller and my new AMD CrossfireX dual graphics card setup. The Prospero da Siena Borgia tower seemed like it would make a good video. The only real "flaw" in this clip is that the pickpocket knocks me over at the beginning. I did a few takes before this one, so when the pickpocket got me, I decided it wasn't worth restarting the video. The best approach to this Borgia captain is from the northeast side of the restricted area. Getting in the tunnel undetected and killing the guard at the top of the ladder are not too difficult. When the guard at the top of the ladder falls down, he attracts the guards at the bottom of the ladder. PLEASE EXPAND AND READ COMPLETELY BEFORE COMMENTING! The bad news: I had to reinstall Windows and lost my completed Brotherhood save file. The good news: I get to replay the entire game with my new Razer Onza Tournament Edition controller and my new AMD CrossfireX dual graphics card setup. The Prospero da Siena Borgia tower seemed like it would make a good video. The only real "flaw" in this clip is that the pickpocket knocks me over at the beginning. I did a few takes before this one, so when the pickpocket got me, I decided it wasn't worth restarting the video. The best approach to this Borgia captain is from the northeast side of the restricted area. Getting in the tunnel undetected and killing the guard at the top of the ladder are not too difficult. When the guard at the top of the ladder falls down, he attracts the guards at the bottom of the ladder. In this video I demonstrate the difference between an old set of strings (which had been on the guitar for about 5 to 6 months) and a new set.
