NOTE: The system is NOT distorting! It's the camera mic. I would've of pushed it louder but 38 is as loud as I once took it & my ears started to hurt so I quit. And even at this volume I was concerned about hearing loss after having a hearing test & seeing I'm shy on the high end. This system started out in a 1978 Bronco back in 1990 & then was put in a 1989 S10 Blazer running at 2ohms on the high & mids & 4ohms on the subs & is now in this 1999 S10 Blazer. But before being installed in this truck I got rid of an Epic-Center, Kenwood amp, Kenwood Electronic Crossover, 2 Super tweeters, 2 midranges, 2 polk tweeters, & a Kenwood 7 band DSP. What's left is 2 Super Tweeters, 2 mids, 2 mid bass, 2 subs, 2 Memphis Audio triaxial, 2 Memphis Audio coaxial, Pioneer head unit, Kenwood amp, Crutchfield 4-Channel amp, & a California 4-Channel amp. I've been putting car stereos in since I was 15. The first was my 1977 Camero which had 2 Jensen coaxials with 2 super tweeters, a Sanyo cassette deck & a Tancredi TE-100 7 Band EQ/Booster. When I got my 1978 Bronco that was it I changed things in that left & right. I went from Radio Shack 8" woofers with their midrange & super tweeters to their 15" woofers & then I found the Orion XTR 15" with the Bandpass Boxes & started to fill the truck with audio gear & then put more in the 1989 S10 Blazer! That was over 20 years ago. In my younger years I just cared about hearing bass but in my later years I found what I was missing! Everything except ...
