Pantech's UI may not be a crowd pleaser and Android 4.0 is a bit of a disappointment, but for the money, this is an incredibly solid high-end smartphone. That said, Pantech is competing against larger organizations like Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola - companies that have established track records, strong brand awareness amongst consumers, and large marketing budgets. Not to mention the fact that educating AT&T retail representatives to market the device could be a challenge.
